  • Toby Butler is the Founder, Chair and CEO of 812 Inventions LLC, the home of the Dipit® Condiment Caddy.

    With a passion for business, teaching and the arts, Toby spent his early professional years as a leadership team member for Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Spectrum, and Global Payments. Along the way, his passion for innovation was ignited. Dipit® was inspired by a trip to a fast-food restaurant and a desire to enjoy an order of french fries with ketchup “on the go” in a neat and convenient way. Combine that with a revelation from the Lord on how to solve this familiar problem and that’s a recipe for innovation!

    Toby holds multiple US patents and a trademark. He earned his degree in Arts and Sciences from Monroe Community College. He has expertise in leadership development, marketing, organizational management, intellectual property, patent law and international business.

    When Toby is not at the helm of Dipit®, he enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, creating music, consulting with other creatives, laughing and teaching the word of God.

  • Dorian Cromwell is the Co-Chair and Chief Operating Officer of 812 Inventions, LLC, home of the Dipit® Condiment Caddy.

    Dorian has a wealth of knowledge in leadership, visual arts and graphic design for both print and electronic media. He has spent much of his career working at the Eastman Kodak Company and Xerox Corporation where he established a strong foundation and built upon his knowledge of imaging science.

    Dorian is a natural leader with strong communication skills. He takes pride in coaching others and helping them to believe in themselves so they can reach their full potential.

    Dorian has a passion for people and is a humanitarian at heart. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, fishing and playing golf in his spare time.

    He is the youngest of ten children and will often spend time with his siblings when he gets a break from business.
